Each week the Noise highlights under-started names who he believes are destined to torch the competition. To qualify, each player must be started in fewer than 60 percent of Yahoo! leagues. Speaking as an accountability advocate, I will post results, whether genius or moronic, the following week (Scoring thresholds – QB: 18 fantasy points; RB: 12 fantasy points [10 for shockers], WR: 11 fantasy points: TE: 10 fantasy points; .5 PPR).

As every SuperFlex and 2QB-league member intently reading every word of this article would tell you, scoring a passer drenched in upside on fantasy draft day is a deal equivalent to NetFlix buying Warner Bros. Yes, the price tags are slightly different, but the impacts are sure to ripple long down the road.

Take the Ole Miss product.

Though he’s one hard hit away from a likely season shutdown, Dart should continue to cash in for viewing audiences. And, please, stand down Porky Pig

It’s been an undulated year for New York’s rookie QB. Lifting off on a short runway, he was inserted into the starting lineup Week 5. Until a nasty concussion sidelined him in Week 10, he amassed at least 20 fantasy points in a game four times over that six-contest stretch.

A consistency king via the ground compared to the air, his reckless abandon running resulted in steady end-zone appearances and valuable production. He returned with a whimper against New England, but his end-season stretch is nothing short of spectacular, starting with the crushable Commanders in Week 15.

Dan Quinn’s defensive unit are the sample servers at every Costco coast-to-coast. They greet you with a smile and freely give out all kinds of tasty treats. Rock bottom in dropback EPA D on the season, they’ve allowed 8.57 pass yards per attempt, 260.9 pass yards per game, 27 total touchdowns and the seventh-most fantasy points to QBs. Yep, the salivary glands are triggering.

Dart’s ranking outside the top 30 in red-zone completion percentage and overall adjusted completion percentage prompt second guesses. It’s understandable. His more conservative ground approach witnessed in Week 13 versus the Patriots also expresses caution. However, his arm alone could play a pivotal role in your team surviving and advancing.

With bragging rights on the line, toe the line, flick the wrist and hit a bull’s eye. Fresh off the late-season bye, Dart is about to score backers bank-breaking numbers in Week 15.

Fearless Forecast: 227 passing yards, 2 passing touchdowns, 0 interceptions, 28 rushing yards, 1 rushing touchdown, 28.2 fantasy points

Dagger plunged.

Though not completely fatal, the Texans hurtful wound opened Sunday night in KC has the Chiefs dynasty bleeding out. Now with only a 13% chance of reaching the postseason, Cowtown is on the ropes. Yep, the legendary run appears to be over. Winning out against the Chargers, Titans, Broncos and Raiders feels like a necessity.

The Texans could be one of several fresh faces poised to make a playoff run in a wide open AFC. With undeniably the stiffest statistical defense (No. 1 in EPA per play D) in the league, DeMeco Ryan's demolishers have paved quite the destructive path. Dallas is always the talk of Texas, but H-Town deserves all the Lone Stars. After all, "defense wins championships" isn't some cliche phrase. In pro football, it's a buyable belief. Fellow playoff-bound conference compatriots Denver, Jacksonville and New England all hang their hats on making life difficult for opposing offenses.

Running backs on a roster with a supportive D typically live in the land of plenty. See Marks.

This season, the rookie hasn't wowed in any particular category. Though he's earned a sizable opportunity share as the season has aged, the fourth-round selection is an undesirable RB44 in YAC per attempt (2.60) and RB33 in total missed tackles forced (20). In efficiency speak, that supercharged Ford F-150 with dangling truck nuts revving around your neighborhood has a better fuel economy.

Still, supportive game scripts always boost the ground game. This week against the beleaguered Desert Birds, Marks should again benefit from a positive one.

Entering Week 15, Arizona ranks a very beatable No. 21 in rush EPA defense. This season, the Cardinals have allowed a mouthwatering 4.79 yards per carry, 137.0 total yards per game, 18 combined touchdowns and the fourth-most fantasy points to RBs. Paradise.

With millions of fantasy leagues now into the postseason, managers who fire off on Woody are sure to deposit a snake in opponent boots.

Fearless Forecast: 18 carries, 65 rushing yards, 1 touchdown, 2 receptions, 9 receiving yards, 14.4 fantasy points

In a single-elimination format, maximizing matchups is paramount.

Trusting an erratic wide receiver WR42 in total 0.5 PPR scoring may seem like an exercise in idiocy, but the opponent scheduled can't be ignored. The Titans are every mall Santa in the country. Fantasy kids big and small sit on their collective lap, whisper point wishes in the ear and immediately receive a sweet treat.

Since Week 10, the AFC South basement dwellers rank No. 23 in dropback EPA defense. This season, they've surrendered the sixth-most yards and sixth-most fantasy points to wide receivers. In total, 11 wideouts have scored at least 11 fantasy points against them. Juicy.

Peeling back the onion layers, Jennings will see a mixture of SCB of Kevin Winston Jr. and CB Darrell Baker Jr. in coverage. This season the younger DBs have yielded a combined 78.7% catch rate and 134.6 passer rating. Winston, specifically, has also allowed an unreal 19.1 yards per catch. Yes, please!

Fresh off the bye, Jennings enters Week 15 healthy and revitalized. Admittedly, he's underachieved somewhat in 11 games. Among qualifying WRs, he's outside the top 40 in total air yards (716), aDot (10.3), yards after catch (134), yards per route run (1.46) and QB rating per target (87.2). Truthfully, his advanced profile is terribly bland.

Still, with a top 30 red-zone target share (21.4%) and five touchdowns scored, he isn't completely sans spice.

Grab a sluice, head to the nearby river and pan for gold. The Niner could yield considerable karats in Round 1 of the fantasy playoffs.

Fearless Forecast: 4 receptions, 57 receiving yards, 1 touchdown, 13.7 fantasy points
