Just past the halfway point of the college basketball season, what VALUE future has the Noise’s undivided attention? Read below.

Wisconsin to make the Final Four (+2500, BetMGM)

No, the New Glarus isn’t talking. These Badgers are not the slow-moving, half court-oriented Basset Hounds of yesteryear.

Performing at a remarkably quick pace compared to previous iterations, Greg Gard’s guys are freer and rather fantastic. As a result, they’ve scored 100 or more points not once but impossibly twice. The 116 points they hung on Iowa on Jan. 3 set a school record. An impeccable 6-0 since Dec. 15 and 5-2 overall in Big Ten play, the Badgers shouldn’t be underestimated.

John Blackwell and John Tonje are multidimensional bucket getters who can light you up inside and out. Seven-footer Steven Crowl is a proven postman, and Nolan Winter, Max Klesmit and Kamari McGee have risen to the occasion in various key spots.

Overall, Wisconsin is just inside the top 55 in eFG offense and eFG defense this season. Most terrifically, the Badgers are No. 1 in the country in free-throw percentage, netting a ridiculous 85%. In tightly contested NCAA Tournament games, they definitely have a late-game edge.

Given its scoring chops and experience, Wisconsin should not be slept on.
